Dental Administrator (Full-Time) – Calgary NE/SE

A busy and well-established dental office in Northeast Calgary is looking for a Full-Time Dental Administrator to join our friendly and dynamic team.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of dental administration experience preferred.
Experience with ClearDent software is an asset (training can be provided).
Must be available to work evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

Answering phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Managing and enhancing patient relations.
Collecting patient information and coordinating appointment bookings.
Treatment coordination using Recall Max, phone, and email.
Submitting and managing insurance claims.
